Payment Methods

Payment can be made using PayPal, either from a PayPal account, or simply using your credit card (you don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card through PayPal).

After PayPal processes your payment (typically 3 days), then we begin the order.

Prices vary with currency exchange rates and may be different than in local stores.

Shipping

We use Canada Post Regular Parcel within Canada and Small Packet for the United States.

It has traceable shipping and insurance is offered on your package at a minimal cost ($2.25 per $100 CAN), which we highly recommend. Advise under "add a note" section if insurance
is required.

During checkout you can select the location under shipping to see the cost.

Once selected, you will be given a postage rate for the shipping types listed above.

You will submit your shipping address upon checking out with PayPal.

Typically for items that are in stock, shipping takes 3-7 business days within Canada and 7 days to the United States.

Contact us if you require the package faster and we will provide options and costs prior
to payment.

Costs are per item and are calculated by volume and weight. Refer to shipping notes under each product description in Shop in order to determine a fixed shipping cost.

These orders may be charged applicable fees, duties and taxes by the shipping carrier that is outside of our control and at your cost for the United States.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

Return Policy

We will be pleased to replace products damaged in transit or if we ship the incorrect product to you.

We will accept returns of unused product in sellable condition within 5 days of receipt of purchase. The cost to ship back to our studio is at your own expense.

To process a return, please contact us through the contact tab or send an email at generalbox987@rogers.com requesting a return with the following information

- order number

- your name and address

- description of damaged product(s)

- photo of the damaged product(s)

Upon receipt of your email, we will provide further instructions to complete your return or replacement.

All exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Packaging

Each candle is in a gift box with tissue to protect it, complete with a note on candle care.
The order is packaged and wrapped in Kraft paper. 

All products listed under Goods are packaged in a similar manner.

Gift Purchases

All of your shipments leave the studio beautifully and safely wrapped.

We would be happy to leave out the packing slip and include a gift note to the recipient, so it's completely gift ready.

Upon checkout, please tell us what you would like the note to say in the "add a note" section and we will include your well wishes.

Reuse and Recycle

Our product as well as packaging materials can be recycled, which we encourage.

If you choose to reuse the glass, please do so with extreme care.

We can recommend the following instructions to clean the glass:
- Add dish detergent into glass and hot water. Let it soak for a day or two, then carefully remove the wick tab. 
Once all wax is removed you can wash the remaining wax residue out with warm, soapy water. We recommend hand washing glass for on-going use.
Cleaning the glass for reuse is at your own risk, as we do not accept responsibility for glass that breaks during this process.
